Using the Temperature Probe The probe has five setting modes: four default temps and customizable temps. Insert the probe, and the probe icon will light up. After setting the heating temperature, press and turn the knob to select the food doneness settings. Press the knob again, and the probe temp will flash, allowing you to customize it.
